Night

This book is by Elie Wiesel. It is about a young Jewish boy and his father and their time in a concentration camp. There is no happy ending. I finished reading it late last night after too much coffee. I'm not sure how I feel about it because who would like to read aboutthe suffering of others? Though it was well written. It is so hard to read books about concentration camps, though I think it is interesting to find out what was really happening in them. It is so inhumane and unjust that I get mad and sick while reading. I have all these questions - mostly, why? It was such a tragedy that the whole thing ever happened. How could human beings be so decieved? Truely and act of satan is all I can figure.
